PATIENT CONSULTATION & CONSENT
Every consultation includes a detailed medical history assessment. Patients are advised to bring
their current medications for review to ensure suitability for treatment.
Each patient is assigned a dedicated Medical Concierge (CRM) who will guide them
throughout their journey—from consultation to treatment and aftercare.
Consultation Process:
Dr. B 360° Dermatologist Consultation: Conducted in a private setting by a qualified
dermatologist, personally trained by Dr. Bhairavi Senthil.
Chief Dermatologist Dr. Bhairavi Senthil Consultation: If you have scheduled a consultation
with Dr. B herself, you will first meet an assistant dermatologist for pre-consultation and
medical history assessment before meeting Dr. Bhairavi Senthil.
Due to high demand, there may
be a waiting period.
Consent & Treatment Agreement:
Before any treatment, patients must read, understand, and sign a consent form. We also
require consent for clinical photography to track treatment progress.
In some cases, the clinic may decline treatment if:
The patient has unrealistic expectations.
The patient is undergoing multiple treatments at different clinics.
The patient has been treated by unqualified practitioners (quacks).
Once both parties agree, the patient can proceed with the prescribed customized treatment plan.

PRESCRIPTIONS
All prescriptions are issued exclusively by Dr. Bhairavi Senthil. Due to high patient volume,
prescriptions may sometimes be provided the following day.

All treatments at Dr. B 360° are medical-grade procedures designed to enhance skin, hair,
and nail health.
Treatment efficacy depends on your adherence to the prescribed skincare regimen.
Following your dermatologist’s recommendations is crucial.
While treatments yield visible improvements, results vary based on individual skin response,
compliance, and post-care routine.

PATIENT CHAPERONE POLICY
Patients may bring a chaperone (family member/friend) under these conditions:
✔ Both patient & chaperone must agree to the arrangement.
✔ Chaperone must maintain confidentiality.
✔ The dermatologist or medical staff makes the final decision regarding the chaperone’s
presence.
TREATMENT OF MINORS
Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who will also sign the consent
form.
A medical referral letter is required for:
Laser hair removal for patients under 12.
Laser treatments, acne treatment, or minor surgery for patients under 16.
We do not allow children who are not receiving treatment to accompany adults to the clinic.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
48-hour advance notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges.
Late arrivals may lead to a shortened consultation or rescheduling.
